Lauren Clem Named North Service Hero

Lauren Clem, RT has been named Service Hero at North for displaying the values of COMPASSION and EXCELLENCE.

Lauren, a tech in the Cath Lab, heard that ICU was short-staffed, so she stepped up and volunteered to help. She did an amazing job working outside of her comfort zone, excelling at the tasks given her. What an outstanding example of being there for the patient AND your coworkers.
