Live Fitness Classes Start May 3: Reserve Your Spot

Imagine attending live fitness classes each week with your coworkers from the comfort and convenience of your home. Now, imagine you can attend those virtual classes for free.

Starting May 3, CommonSpirit Health will offer new live online fitness classes with all of that. Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can pre-register for classes now. Sign up now to make sure you hold a spot. When you sign-up, you are enrolling to attend that class on an ongoing basis (each week), so there’s no need to keep signing up.
  • Registering for classes is easy. Go to and set up your account using the CommonSpirit Health code StrongerTogether. You’ll also need to identify the state where you work and your work/hospital location.
  • Once you register, you’ll receive a calendar invitation. Just click on the invitation each week and it will take you to the live class. It’s that easy.

Working out with your coworkers is a great way to advance your well-being, helping all of us become stronger together.

These classes are designed to be taken and enjoyed only during your personal non-working time (during unpaid breaks or at home during non-working times). Therefore, you cannot attend these classes while on duty and/or during paid time. Classes are voluntary and not part of any required work duty.
