Maurice McFloyd Chosen as Morrilton Service Hero

Congratulations Maurice McFloyd, Security, for being recognized as a Morrilton Service Hero!

Maurice was nominated by two coworkers.

The first nomination was for his excellence.

One night when the Emergency Department was very busy, Maurice stepped in and helped the nurses.

He took out the trash in the rooms, got ice for patients and helped get patients into the ED for them. The nurses were so grateful for him that night, and wanted to say thank you for all the hard work and for being there to help them.

“Your hard work and helpful hands did not go unnoticed. Thank you for helping make a difference at SVM.”

Another coworker nominated him for his integrity.

“Maurice goes above and beyond for his co-workers and the patients of this hospital. Everyone just loves him. He does not meet a stranger and makes everyone feel welcomed. He does his job wonderfully.”
