Michelle Arias Named Service Hero at Morrilton

MIchelle Arias, a Morrilton EVS coworker, was recently awarded a Service Hero award for displaying the value of excellence. Michelle’s area of cleaning responsibility includes the lab. A coworker had asked for Michelle’s help in finding what was smelling in the lab employee refrigerator.

She emptied the entire refrigerator, checked all the containers and expiration dates and disposed of the out of date items. She then did a deep clean of the refrigerator.

“She did all of this like it was no big deal and with a smile on her face. It was greatly appreciated and deserves recognition,” her nominator reported.
