Morrilton RN Honored for a Tire Change
Congratulations to Joe Mann, RN, of Morrilton on being named a CHI St. Vincent Service Hero! Joe was recognized for handling a different kind of emergency in the parking lot after hours. Here’s the nomination from his coworker Jordan Key:
“When we got off work yesterday, I had a flat tire. Not only did Joe stay late and change my tire, he also took my spare to the gas station to air it up before putting it on. We were at work for an hour after we got off. The man didn’t complain not one time, while me and another co-worker just watched him do all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE for ensuring that I was taken care of, and safe on the way home.”
Having a heart of service extends beyond the walls of our hospital to wherever we are needed at the time, and Joe is a perfect example of that. Thank you, Joe, for going the extra mile for your colleague! Don’t forget, we want to hear about any of your coworkers who should be nominated for a CHI St. Vincent Service Hero award.
