New Providers in Glenwood and Mt. Ida

CHI St. Vincent Primary Care Clinics in Glenwood & Mt. Ida are proud to welcome new providers Heather Funderburk, APRN, and Kara Baker, PA, to their clinics.

Kara is a resident of Norman, Arkansas and Heather is a resident of Kirby, Arkansas. Heather will be working in Glenwood and Mt. Ida and Kara will be working in Mt. Ida.

They are both proud to be offering services to residents in and around their home communities. New patients are welcome!
