Outpatient Services Receives a Team Service Hero Award in Hot Springs

Outpatient Services Preop and Postop teams at Hot Springs has been named a Team Service Hero for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

Hearing of the flooding and devastation in Houston following Hurricane Harvey, the OP Preop and Post op teams were heartbroken and knew they needed to help their Houston coworkers. The OP Nursing Team gathered gently used scrubs, boxed them up, and managed to have them sent to our system hospital CHI St. Lukes Health in Houston Tx. The President of St. Lukes recently sent a Thank you Card to the OP Team thanking them for the gift of scrubs in a time of need.

The OP team is a shining example of coworkers Living Our Mission here at CHI every day.
