Patient Nominates EVS Worker for Service Hero Award

Congratulations Nicole Dobbins, EVS, for being named a Hot Springs Service Hero!

Nicole was nominated by a visitor who had the kindest words to share about her.

The visitor said Nicole has the most compassionate heart. They said she went above and beyond to make sure they had everything they needed during their stay. They were blown away by her ability to do her job yet still be so personable, down-to-earth, and kind-hearted.
