We’re Celebrating Our Team During Coworker Appreciation Week

Scharlotte Tyler was named Service Hero in Morrilton for displaying the values of COMPASSION, INTEGRITY and EXCELLENCE.

When a hard rain hit the area, a patient became upset because his car windows were down. The patient had no family or friends visiting him, so there was no one he could ask to roll up his windows. Scharlotte went out in the driving rain to roll up the patients windows. She got COMPLETELY SOAKED, and it was a VERY COLD rain. She displayed compassion for the patient’s distress, integrity by taking care of the situation immediately, and excellence by not complaining about being cold and wet!

Scharlotte also receive the following patient submission:

We grow up knowing each others family, and to see her here working in my time of need, knowing that I ‘m under her and her CHI St. Vincent coworker family’s care is a comfort. She is a good, friendly , nice, hard working young lady. Glad to be taken care of by her and the CHI St. Vincent coworking family. Thank you for everything you do, big and small, it all counts. Smiles for everyone.

Thank you Scharlotte for being a great example for us all. #CHILivingOurMission
