Sodexo Offers Cooking Demonstration at Stonehaven Assisted Living Center

‘Tis the season to enjoy our favorite treats. But it’s also important to learn how you can enjoy those treats in the healthiest way.

Peggy Carter, Clinical Nutrition manager with Sodexo, offered a cooking demonstration of holiday recipes at Stonehaven Assisted Living Center in Maumelle on Tuesday, Nov. 21. About 25 residents attended the demonstration.

Each person received a Well-Feed Me Booklet as well as a spatula or measuring spoon.
