Stay Warm with Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
- 12 apples, cored and sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- In large skillet, add apples and butter, over medium-high heat. Stir until butter is melted and apples are coated.
- In bowl, mix apple juice, honey, cinnamon, allspice and salt. Add to skillet with apples. Stir apples until covered with sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir. Simmer on low until sauce thickens.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and serve hot.
