Steve Ford Named Service Hero at Hot Springs

Steve Ford was recognized as a Service Hero at Hot Springs for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Steve was nominated by a coworker for consistently going above and beyond what is asked of him.

“He never makes excuses; he just comes and gets the job done. When I put in work orders, his name is on almost all of them, and he always makes sure it gets done. 

“He never complains or makes me feel bad for needing things fixed. I appreciate the work values Steve has, and I think he deserves the Service Hero award.”
