Tia Carroll Heads to CNA School Thanks to Coworkers

Tia Carroll, Environmental Services coworker in Hot Springs, always wanted to advance her career, but could never afford it. Charlene McConnell, RN, learned of Tia’s dream, and set out to make it happen. Coworkers from the ICU, volunteer services, and ICU physicians rallied together and donated to the cause.

Coworkers were able to present Tia with a check to pay for her tuition, books and uniforms for Certified Nurses Assistant school. There was even enough leftover for a Walmart card for her personal use. Congratulations Tia!
