You Could Help Rename Nursing Congress

We want your ideas! Congress will be transitioning to a new shared governance structure and part of this new structure will include the renaming of Infirmary, North and Morrilton shared governance. The shared governance group previously known as “congress” is the foundation for developing a collaborative environment for patient care, based on the principles of partnership, equity, accountability, and ownership at the point of service. This shared governance group empowers all members of the healthcare workforce to have a voice in decision-making.
