Prenatal health is an important first step towards delivering a healthy baby. Our Prenatal Care Program is designed to help expecting mothers (and fathers) through each stage of pregnancy, starting in the first trimester and continuing into your first weeks with a newborn.
What Can You Expect from the Prenatal Care Program?
- To participate in a telephonic survey about your health as part of the enrollment process.
- A medical professional available to answer your questions by phone.
- A welcome packet containing educational materials on various pregnancy and infant care topics.
Who Can Enroll?
- CHI employees, spouses/ Legally Domiciled Adult or dependents who are expecting.
- Participants must be enrolled in the CHI Medical Plan.
How Do I Enroll?
- You can enroll by calling 1-844-451-5807and asking to enroll in the prenatal care program.
- Once enrolled, watch for your welcome packet in the mail.
When Should I Enroll?
- Enroll before your third trimester to be eligible for the incentive of a $150 deposit into your health incentive account (HIA) or your Health Saving Account (HSA), depending on the enrolled medical plan. In order to receive the deposits you must complete the program and the surveys (enrollment survey & after delivery survey).
- If you enroll after your third trimester begins, you are still welcome to participate in the Program but will not be eligible for the health incentive account (HIA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) incentive.
