Patient Safety Culture Survey Concludes Nov. 23

One of our top priorities is to provide a safe environment for patients, their families and our coworkers. We do many things every day to create a safe environment, including safety huddles, rounding and training.

Now we are asking coworkers to provide feedback on our progress during the Patient Safety Culture Survey.

All coworkers are encouraged to take the survey, including physicians, contractors and clinical and non-clinical coworkers.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes. Categories include questions about:

• your work area
• your supervisor / manager
• communications
• frequency of events reported
• patient safety grade
• your hospital
• number of events reported
• background information

All survey responses will be anonymous and confidential. Results will be released in mid-December.
