Hot Springs, Morrilton Named ‘Best Places to Work’

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs and Morrilton have been named to Arkansas Business’s Best Places to Work list. This is the seventh year in a row Hot Springs has been honored, while it’s the first time for the Morrilton campus.

To be eligible, a company must be a business with a facility in the state of Arkansas and have a minimum of 15 full- or part-time employees working in the state. All winners must have been in business for at least a year. Candidates complete a two-part survey consisting of an employer assessment and an employee feedback survey, and the two data sets are combined to determine the best workplaces in the state.

Hot Springs and Morrilton are 2 of only 51 businesses honored as a Best Place to Work in Arkansas. Congratulations to the staff and leadership of both campuses for all your hard work, both on these surveys and every day making your workplace wonderful.
