Michelle Brown Serves Up Humankindness to Patients

Congratulations Michelle Brown, Nutrition Services, for being named a Hot Springs Service Hero!

Michelle was nominated for the award by a patient’s family member.

The visitor said they’re a caretaker and were in need of some spiritual nourishment. They said Michelle heard their cry and offered them the most sincere compassion and encouragement.

“I appreciate everyone who cared for my family member but this person, in particular, really helped me. Thank you for being a humankindness hospital, and thank you Michelle Brown for representing it.”

Aside from her nomination, her manager, Debra Erwin, offered up the kindest words about Michelle’s ability to light up any room and provide this same kind of compassion to anyone she encounters in the cafeteria.
