Patient Says They Had “Best Hospital Experience” Because of Shanedra Jones

Congratulations Shanedra Jones, PCT, for being named a Service Hero!

Shanedra works on the MedSurg/Pediatrics floor in Hot Springs and was nominated for the award by a patient.

The patient said they are familiar with our core values and Shanedra “embodies them!” They said she exemplifies integrity and compassion.

During their stay, the patient said Shanedra kept them informed and was very timely with every aspect of care.

“At one point, I had a low grade fever and without any prompting, she provided me with a cool cloth for my hot forehead. She was diligent with my post-op vitals and helped encourage my fluid intake, while she kept a close record of my I’s & O’s.”

This patient even said they encouraged her to become a nurse because of her attention to detail and her heart for patient care.
