- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 (3 ounce) salmon filets
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Mix together soy sauce and ginger in bowl. Place salmon skin side down in skillet. Coat with honey and pour soy sauce and ginger mix over salmon (leaving a little bit for later). Cook for 5 minutes. Gently flip and cook another 3-5 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Remove skin. Plate the salmon and drizzle with honey and remaining soy sauce/ginger mix before serving.
