Coworker Survey (PCA) Rooms to be Set Up At All Campuses: April 16-21
The Coworker Survey (PCA) begins April 16, and there’s more than one place to take this important survey!
All coworkers hired before Jan. 15, 2018 will receive an email from the HR Support Center on April 16 with a link to the survey.
During the first week, coworkers can also take the survey from one of the rooms set up at each hospital, clinic and the Heart Institute. The rooms will have fun giveaways, games and snacks to enjoy.
Rooms will be open from 5am-9pm. Locations will be:
- Infirmary: Terrace Room
- Hot Springs: Dublin Room & Catherine’s Kitchen
- North: Regions Room
- Morrilton: Cafeteria
- Heart Institute and clinics will be set up in the break rooms.
Coworkers are encouraged to take the survey the first week, though the survey will remain open until May 7.
The survey will take 10-20 minutes. Categories include questions about:
- your immediate supervisor
- administration / upper management
- hiring, promotion, opportunity
- quality and competence
- your work
- the organization
- conclusion
