RN Deadline to Submit Credentials for Bonuses is Oct. 20
The deadline for RNs to submit critical care competencies certification for related bonuses is Friday, Oct. 20. Documentation should be submitted to your supervising manager.
RNs with the following competencies will receive additional compensation:
- Left Ventricle Assist Device (LVAD)
- Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)
- Impella® device
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- External Ventricular Drain
Bonuses are paid annually for achievements during the previous fiscal year. To be eligible for a bonus, certifications must have been received by June 30, 2017. The bonuses will be paid on the first check in November.
Full time nurses can receive $1,000 annually per certification with a maximum of $3,000 per coworker each year.
Part time coworkers are eligible to receive a pro-rated bonus based on FTE. PRN coworkers are eligible to receive 50% of certification bonus if they work at least 1,040 hours in the fiscal year.
