In November, we’re celebrating Radishes, our Harvest of the Month. This veggie’s peppery flavor and crunchy texture make it a perfect snack. To create radish chips, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and bake.

- 20 radishes, thinly sliced
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place radish slices on prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray radishes with cooking spray and then sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Bake the radish chips for 10 minutes and then flip all of the chips over and bake another 10 minutes or until crisp. Time may vary so watch these after flipping. Serve immediately.
