Shanda Engelstad Recognized as North Service Hero

Shanda Engelstad, a multi-modality technologist at North, was recognized as a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Shanda was nominated by a patient who praised the professionalism, respect and kindness she showed.

The patient wrote that when Shanda called to let them know they would need additional tests, the care and concern in her voice helped them process the important information.
