Tara Anderson was named a Service Hero at North for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.
Tara came in on her day off to help provide care for a patient who was in extreme pain and having difficulty following directions to care for his post-procedure sheath.
The patient’s high blood pressure made him a high risk for a major complication or bleed. Tara was made aware of the situation and came in to help care for the patient. She stayed more than four hours, helping to coordinate between the physician and staff to lower the patient’s pain and blood pressure.
Tara consistently strives to help throughout the entire hospital and is a major asset to us all.
