Premium Pay Rates for RNs

Experienced Acute Care RNs will be eligible for a 12-week work agreement paid at a premium rate. Agreements are available for multiple RN specialties and shifts.

For CHI St. Vincent HOT SPRINGS, we have openings for: Med/Surg, Cardiac and Behavioral Health.

At the INFIRMARY in Little Rock, we have openings for night shift for the Cardiac and Stepdown Units. Night shift options for the central float pool for Med/Surg are also available.

Pool Plus Rate
Three month/12-Week agreement (36 or 40 hour commitment/week)
$50 hourly rate plus eligible night and weekend differential
Night $54.50; Day/Weekend $53.50; Night/Weekend $58
