Brent Overbey Named Daisy Award Winner in Hot Springs

Brent Overbey, RN was named DAISY Award winner in Hot Springs. His patient-written nomination reads,

“I have never had a male nurse before. I liked the way he explained what medications I was taking before he gave them to me. I also liked the way the nurses discussed in front of me the change over to the next nurse that would be taking care of me for the next shift. I needed to use the restroom at first, I wasn’t going to ask him for help, but he treated me with dignity by making sure I was covered so I wasn’t exposed. He was very professional. He was kind and very considerate in the way he treated me.”
