The 2019 Coworker Campaign is a wonderful way to continue our legacy of 130 years of caring for the poor and vulnerable and providing excellent and compassionate care. In 1888 the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and the Sisters of Mercy answered a call to meet the needs of the communities we serve and dedicated their lives to building a sustainable ministry in Arkansas.

Why should I give to the 2019 Coworker Campaign?
- The Coworker Campaign has funded over 68 scholarships to COWORKERS in the last five years! Five coworkers giving at least $10 per pay period funds one coworker scholarship!
- Our clinics in Little Rock, Hot Springs, Morrilton and Conway serve more than 12,500 patients a year who pay on a sliding scale basis, including some who receive free healthcare and prescriptions. A coworker giving $15 per pay period helps a patient in need receive quality health care.
- We care about our coworkers and have a fund set aside to help our own. For those unexpected times of need, coworkers are ready to help coworkers. Any coworker is eligible to apply, and one doesn’t need to contribute in order to get help. The Coworker Sharing fund is administered by a council of coworkers who determine how funds are distributed. One coworker giving at least $15 per pay period helps another coworker and their family through a difficult time.
- Like the Sisters before us, we are dedicated to a sustainable ministry in Arkansas and want to grow and improve patient care for future generations. Examples of Growth Initiatives include the Arkansas Neuroscience Education and Research Center and the Anthony Childbirth Center in Hot Springs. A coworker giving $50 per period can make a significant impact on the future of our ministry.
