Cullinan, Stines, Swayze and McDonald Tapped for Expanding Leadership Roles
A message from Polly Davenport, Chief Operating Officer and President of Infirmary and North:
We are very fortunate to have extraordinary leaders willing to broaden their expertise to grow and improve our ministry. I am pleased to announce several changes in responsibility among our leadership team.
- Kevin Cullinan, Market Director for Orthopedics, has been serving in an interim role in oversight of the Perioperative departments at Infirmary and North. Kevin has done an outstanding job and will assume full-time responsibility for Perioperative services at the Infirmary and North. He will continue to report directly to me.
- Chris Stines, Market Director for Neuroscience, will expand his role to assist with day-to-day administrative support to North in support of me and will continue to report directly to me.
- Roger Swayze, currently Nurse Manager for CVICU and CVSD at the Infirmary, is being promoted to Director for Cardiovascular Surgery for the Infirmary and will assume the additional responsibility for the Cardiovascular Operating Rooms. Roger has extensive knowledge in the cardiovascular surgical services and he will help lead our expanded CV surgery program.
- Tyler McDonald, Market Director for Nursing Operations and St. Vincent Morrilton nursing, will shift his expertise to the Infirmary. Tyler’s role as Market Director of System Nursing Operations, includes the staffing resources, registry, and our system Access center. He will transition from his role at CHI St. Vincent Morrilton and assume responsibility for our critical care service lines at the Infirmary.
We continue to recruit for the Market Director for women’s services and medical/surgical services at the Infirmary.
With Tyler’s shift in responsibility from Morrilton and Angie Longing’s acceptance of the Chief Nursing Officer position at Conway Regional, we will be posting a Market Director position in nursing for Morrilton and North. We appreciate Tyler’s efforts leading nursing at Morrilton and welcome his energy and expertise at the Infirmary.
Please join me in offering your support to these key leaders as we continue our Living Our Mission journey.
