Follow these simple steps to participate:
- Print your Gratitude Calendar. Click here to print.
- Complete at least 12 gratitude challenges during the month of November.
- Submit your completed card by Friday, Dec. 4 to Debbie Staton at email@example.com. Or, you can snap a picture of your completed card and text it to 501.517.2547.
All coworkers who complete 12 activities during the month will be entered into a drawing. One prize will be awarded to three winners: a Hope, Peace & Gratitude 20 oz. Tervis tumbler, an guided meditation CD or mindfulness cards.
