Hot Springs Celebrates Clinical Ladder – Mardi Gras Style

The Clinical Ladder Breakfast at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs was held on Tuesday, February 13 for FY2024 Session 1.  As this was also Fat Tuesday, it was celebrated in Mardi Gras style with masks, beads, and not to forget, delicious king cakes! 

A record number of clinical nurses and techs, who demonstrate initiative and progression toward expert clinical skills utilizing a clinical track framework, were recognized:

• Nurses: 148
• Techs: 10
• Total: 158

Thank you to all of our amazing Clinical Ladder champions for their dedication in educating, grading and celebrating our amazing clinical staff! 

FY2024 Session 2 is October 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024.  Clinical Ladders binders need to be turned into the CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Staffing Office by April 12, 2024 4pm.
