Kim Kuykendall Recognized as Hot Springs Service Hero

Kim Kuykendall, who works in PACU, was recognized as a Hot Springs Service Hero for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

Kim was nominated by a patient for the kindness and care she showed throughout the patient’s stay.

“She eased my anxiety. She respected my need for skin preps. She was very calm and reassuring. She made sure I had family present and didn’t experience surgery alone.”
