Learn About Healthy Financial Habits & Earn Wellness Points During Financial Literacy Month

April is National Financial Literacy Month, which is a great opportunity to learn about healthy financial habits. MyWellness offers a variety of resources and ways to earn points while promoting healthy financial habits.

Your financial wellness is unique, just like you, and the path you take to reach your financial goals should be unique, too. myFiTage lets you see and improve your FiT Age, which is the first year your resources will cover your living expenses for the rest of your life and your FiT Lifetime, which is how long your resources will last in retirement. 

The tool uses your current salary, current participation in CommonSpirit Health retirement benefits, estimated Social Security benefits and some standard assumptions about pay, inflation and investment returns. You can also add additional information, like non-CommonSpirit retirement plans, and other personal savings or investments to “my Data.” The more data you include, the more accurate your FiT Age becomes. 

Ways to Earn MyWellness Points:

  • Learn your FiT Age: 500 points (once per year)
  • Extend your FiT Lifetime: 250 points (once year year)
