Learn More About the Quarterly Rewards Program During Well-being Wednesday

The Healthy Habits Rewards Program has launched, and you can receive a T-shirt or water bottle when you complete five healthy activities by March 31.

During the monthly Well-being Wednesday on Jan. 26, coworkers can attend one of three webinars to learn more about the program.

Coworkers do not need to attend the webinar to participate in the program.

There are 15 healthy activities on the Healthy Habits Rewards Card. (Click here to print the card.) Employees need to complete five activities to receive a T-shirt or water bottle. Healthy activities include preparing a healthy recipe, donating blood, setting up a money jar or attending a wellness webinar.

Submit your completed card by March 31 to Debbie Staton, Wellness Coordinator, at debra.staton@commonspirit.org.

Participants can get additional entries into the quarterly drawing by submitting a photo of any completed activity to Debbie Staton. Each photo submitted will get an additional entry in the drawing.

Challenges will vary for each quarter. All coworkers can participate in the rewards program.
