Natalie Bean Recognized as Hot Springs Service Hero

Natalie Bean, a clinical pharmacist in Hot Springs, was recognized as a Service Hero for displaying the value of EXCELLENCE.

Natalie was nominated by a coworker because of her willingness to help out during an especially busy day on 2East when three rapid responses and one code blue were called.

Natalie responded to every overhead emergency page to offer a hand or see if there was any certain medication she could quickly intervene and provide.

As everyone knows, these emergent situations are chaotic, and there are many times we have to wait on the pharmacy to prepare a certain drug when it is ordered.

Having Natalie here without being asked was a tremendous help, and we were so grateful for her initiative, drive and helping hands! She displayed our core values of excellence.
