Susan Rima Named Service Hero at Hot Springs

Susan Rima, Director of Volunteer Services in Hot Springs, was named a Service Hero for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

Susan was nominated by a patient she helped during their stay.

“Susan did not know me, but still made sure that I had the clothing I needed. I was five hours away from home and could not get what I needed.  She continued to check on me and made my stay more comfortable. She has been such a blessing to have come into my life.”
