Virtual Fitness Program Extended Through October

CommonSpirit Health is extending its virtual fitness program through October. Since its launch in May, this program has received great reviews from employees.

In fact, based on feedback from all of you, we’ve made an adjustment to the class schedule. The Thursday Fun Flow Yoga class has been replaced with a new 45-minute Restorative Yoga class on Saturdays at 11am starting August 7.

We hope you’re able to participate in this new offering. Encourage your coworkers to join in on the fun, too! We will continue to evaluate our class offerings and adapt the schedule to meet your needs better. See the new schedule starting August 2 here.

Don’t forget, we are monitoring participation so take a class to ensure your favorite will stay in rotation.

There are many classes to explore
The virtual fitness program offers many fitness classes to choose from, including Stretch & De-stress on Tuesdays at 10:30am and Fun Bootcamp on Wednesdays at 7pm. Learn more about the instructors and what they teach here.

On-demand classes coming!
We’re introducing three new on-demand classes that you can take anytime, anywhere. They will include:

  • 30-minute Fun Flow Yoga
  • 30-minute Zumba
  • 20-minute Stretch and De-stress
