Brother DJ Eades Memorial Quilt Unveiled in Morrilton
Morrilton unveiled the Brother DJ Eades Memorial Quilt, located in the ED lobby. Brother DJ Eades voluntarily served our patients, family members and co-workers, and everyone who walked through the doors at Morrilton for a number of years. This quilt was lovingly made by Debbie Graves with the neckties Brother Eades wore each day.
His wife, Mary Ann Eades, donated the quilt to Morrilton so that those her husband served could enjoy and fondly remember his presence. Before he left, Brother Eades encouraged Brion Simmons to become involved with his hospital ministry. Brion graciously accepted the role of Ministerial Lead after Brother Eades passing and is now available 24/7 to the patients, family members and co-workers in their time of need.
