Create Ham and Pineapple Kabobs For a Tangy Treat

Ingredients:
- Skewers
- 2 small red onions, sliced into wedges
- ¾ pound ham, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce can) pineapple, chunks
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Ginger, to taste
Directions: Thread onion wedge onto a skewer, followed by ham and then pineapple. Repeat the pattern two more times. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger. Marinate skewers for two hours. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on grill, turning often. Brush remaining marinade on skewers while grilling. Grill until heated through. Serve over bed of brown rice.
