Infirmary MRI Technologist Receives Patient’s Choice Award

Congratulations to Rita Smith, lead MRI technologist at the Infirmary, on receiving the Patient’s Choice Award! Rita was recognized after a patient filled out a post-visit survey and praised her for putting her at ease when she was nervous. Here’s what the patient said:

“Rita treated me like a person, not just a patient. I was very anxious about the MRI, but she was calm, warm, funny and caring.”
