Jacob Woolley, a nurse at North, was posthumously recognized as a member of the 2020 Great 100 Nurses.
The Great 100 Nurses Foundation was founded 34 years ago by PK Scheerle, RN, in New Orleans. Since its founding, the Great 100 Celebrations have honored thousands of nurses across Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas and Oklahoma. These exemplary nurses are selected based on their concern for humanity, their contributions to the profession of nursing and their mentoring of others.
Due to COVID-19, the 2020 ceremony has been canceled. The 2020 honorees will be recognized in 2021.
