Megan Kellar, RN, Recognized as a Service Hero at North

Congratulations to Megan Kellar, RN, for being recognized as a Service Hero at North. She put our values into action by demonstrating COMPASSION  and EXCELLENCE toward patients and coworkers. Read a snip from her nomination:

Megan is doing a great job with AIDET and holding others to the same expectations. She was using the principles of AIDET before she even learned what AIDET was. She always strives to go above and beyond for her patients. She shows excellence in everything she does. She embraces change without complaint and assures that she is the first person to follow new processes or actions. She treats every patient and family member the same no matter what they are here for. She greets others with a smile. She shows compassion to all patients and family members. She is always willing to help co-workers with what is willing to be done. She gets numerous of thank you cards from her patients saying what great care she gives.
