Ovia Health, Popular Family Health Platform, Joining MyWellness
Starting in January 2024, Ovia Health will be part of MyWellness, ready to provide personalized support for women and families at every stage of life. Whether you’re on a fertility journey, navigating pregnancy or parenting, or in menopause, Ovia Health has you covered.
You will have access to personalized support to help achieve your health goals, from fertility health tracking to getting pregnant and navigating pregnancy, to postpartum and parental wellness. You also have support around perimenopause and menopause available through the Ovia Fertility program. You’ll receive content based on the results of an assessment that you can take depending on where you are on your journey.
Plus, Ovia has expert coaches available via chat to provide guidance and answer your questions along the way.
How to get started with Ovia Health:
- Log in to the MyWellness website and go to programs.
- Click view all and choose Ovia Health from the list.
- Choose from a variety of Ovia Health programs to help support you with where you are on your journey:
- Ovia Fertility
- Ovia Pregnancy
- Ovia Parenting
- Click on the program of your choice. You will be prompted to down the Ovia Health app(s).

The MyWellness program offers more than 100 activities that inspire and motivate you to be kind to yourself. To create your account, use your My HR Information Employee ID found on EmployeeCentral.
