Sarah Swartz Named Service Hero at Hot Springs

Sarah Swartz was recognized as a Service Hero at Hot Springs for displaying the value of COMPASSION.

Sarah was nominated by a visitor who was touched by the kindness and caring she showed to those she interacted with throughout the day.

“I watched this young woman for several days while my loved one was in your hospital. She made sure to say hi to every individual, and I watched her not only give directions to someone who was lost but actually walk them to where they needed to go. She talked with me every morning as I got breakfast, asked if I needed anything and sat with me when I needed a sympathetic ear. 

“This woman truly made things easier for me, and she was a bright spot in a very bleak time.”
