Sodexo Offers Heart Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
Sodexo Dietitian Audrey Chandler recently offered heart healthy cooking demonstrations at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Little Rock. Two classes were offered with about 18 people each.
During the event, Well Fed Me books and potholders were given out to attendees.
