St. Vincent Hospitals Recognized as Best Places to Work for 2026

We’re thrilled to share that CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, Hot Springs and Morrilton have been named to the 2026 Best Places to Work list by Arkansas Business! This is the eighth year in a row that Hot Springs has made the list, while Morrilton has been awarded for the second straight year. This is the first time the Infirmary has been named to the list.

Arkansas Business’s Best Place to Work recognizes the 50 best workplaces in the state of Arkansas for a given year. To qualify for the list, St. Vincent hospitals underwent a two-part examination conducted by Workforce Research Group. The first portion accounted for 20% of the final grade and consisted of an in-depth employer assessment, including a review of benefits, practices and policies. The second portion, an employee feedback survey, counted for 80% of the total score. This survey gauged employee sentiment in nine focus areas, including workplace culture, leadership, work-life balance, and diversity and inclusion.
