Strawberries–the June Harvest of the Month–are kid-friendly and in peak season through June. When paired with just a few other ingredients, you’ll have a treat that will be a hit with your family all summer long.
And, this recipe comes together in just five minutes, so you can be cooling off in no time.
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 3 tbsp. honey
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender). Blend for about five minutes or until creamy.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
