Tori Burks recognized as Hot Springs Service Hero

Congratulations Tori Burks, Cardiac PCT, for being named a Service Hero in September.

Tori was nominated by a patient’s family member.

The patient’s daughter said Tori went above and beyond for her mom who is blind.

Tori taped some gauze to the patient’s call light so she would be able to call for help when her daughter wasn’t there.

The patient’s daughter also said Tori took the time to get to know them and explained everything so the patient wouldn’t get startled.
