Congratulations Ricky Lecompt, Radiology Services, Hot Springs for being named a service hero!

Ricky was nominated by a coworker.

The coworker said they were transferring a patient and struggling doing so. Ricky stopped was he was doing to help push the bed to the room and made sure the patient was comfortable before leaving.

Rick consistently has a positive attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure patients are well taken care of. He’s described as always having a kind word or smile for his coworkers which is very appreciated by all.
