A few other things you might have noticed that we’ve implemented to show our appreciation for your hard work are:
- Doubled the Clinical Ladder hourly pay increase for nurses
- Made wage adjustments to increase the pay rate for positions such as Patient Care Techs and many others
- We’re providing free employee meals on a more regular basis
